It goes without saying that tremendous changes in technology in the last decade have drastically changed how we do business and how we connect with key audiences in PR. This program will look at technology trends coming down the road that will further impact the PR business, such as artificial intelligence (AI), the effects of increasing automation, the impact of "deep fakes" for reputation management, the "conversational web" and the rise of personalized news editing.
